Opportunities & Auditions 2024
Celebrate Voice Festival 2024 are holding professional singer auditions for Principals for the Festival production of:
L’Elisir D’Amore (Donizetti)
Director Fred Broom |Musical Director Philip Thomas |Festival Director Lynsey Docherty
In a new English translation to be performed as part of the 11th Celebrate Voice Festival at The Guildhall, Salisbury, Wiltshire UK
Performances 1st , 6th and 9th November
Rehearsals 21-31 October 2024
Roles:
Adina | Nemorino | Belcore | Dr Dulcamara
We will be casting understudies and there will be a small chorus (2 to a part)
Cast members also take part in community events to include a daytime gala concert (7 November) and potentially a SEND music workshop day for an extra fee.
Fee: Professional fees, available on audition application
Accommodation: Provided with hosts in Salisbury
Benefits: Singers can attend other festival events (where tickets are not sold out)

Proximity to Salisbury is an advantage for chorus.
Celebrate Voice is an international festival of singing, producing boutique performances with world class performers in opera, jazz, music theatre, choral, cabaret and folk music, together with a thriving community programme. Celebrate Voice soloists have performed at the Royal Opera House, ENO, WNO, Opera North, BBC Proms, Sydney Opera House, Metropolitan Opera, London's West End, BBC Folk Awards, London Palladium, Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club and Glastonbury Festival.
