June Chichester, Chair of Celebrate Voice, has supported and been involved at Board with a number of musical and other charities for many years; during this time she was the driving force behind numerous initiatives, resulting in life changing opportunities for many. She served for 14 years as a Trustee of The Royal Ballet and Opera, Covent Garden and remains closely involved as Vice Chairman of the Board of Honorary Directors and Ambassador. She is chairman of the Salisbury Girls Choir Foundation and guides the successful development of the Baroque Group La Nuova Musica.

Lynsey Docherty

Lynsey enjoys a career as a singer, producer & educator. She launched Celebrate Voice in 2013, to bring the best international vocal artists of all genres to her home town & create a thriving community programme. As an operatic soprano, roles range from iconic heroines as Tosca, Leonora & Violetta to G&S comic roles with companies including the Buxton, Dorset, Iford & International G&S Festivals, Linbury Royal Opera House & Opera Della Luna. Lynsey produces concerts & projects for arts organisations & festivals, including a reduced Traviata for Royal Opera, directing IF Opera’s education programme & as vocal animateur for The Grange Festival. A recipient of commendations from the late Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the HRH Princess of Wales, Lynsey believes passionately in quality music for all, as essential to education, development, community & humanity.

Caroline D'Cruz

Caroline D’Cruz – Company Manager – has had a varied career both in HMRC, and as a musician. She was, for many years, the company manager of Dorset opera and is involved in a variety of local music making activities in the South West. She brings a diverse skill set help support Celebrate Voice with both administrative experience and as a performing musician.

Jeremy Hughes

Jeremy Hughes has over two decades of experience in Investment Banking, currently heads up HSBC’s Credit and Financing Markets business in EMEA. Over his career, he has financed various creative arts businesses and is passionate about supporting the cultural sector, bridging the gap between artistic ambition and financial sustainability. He is also an angel investor and advisor to various businesses with an ESG leaning seeking to drive better economic and social outcomes. In his spare time he is an amateur singer.
