One of the great British jazz voices, the multi award-winning singer, Elaine Delmar, is joined by a world-class line-up of musicians to perform her acclaimed interpretations of two of the greatest composers of all time: George Gershwin and Cole Porter.
Through a diverse repertoire curated by Elaine, the concert will feature a sparkling collection of numbers inspired with some of the 20th Century's most iconic music. Expect numbers such as S'Wonderful, Embraceable You, Begin the Beguine, Night and Day, Summertime, I Get A Kick Out Of You – interspersed by songs and music that have inspired Elaine’s incredible career.
Winner of the 2023 Jazz Vocalist of the Year (Parliamentary Jazz Awards) and 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award (London Worshipful Company of Musicians), Elaine has been a leading influence in jazz with shows at Ronnie Scott's to concerts with the London Symphony Orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall. She has a wide and varied career that also encompasses leading roles in the West End, Broadway as well as Hollywood.
