As part of our celebration of well-being in 2021, join us for a cosy Sunday morning of meditation, music and welcoming refreshment at this Sahaja Yoga session which is dedicated to your wellbeing. Sahaja Yoga,founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, is a very simple meditation technique with ancient roots which helps us to reduce stress, restore balance, sense of well-being and improve self-esteem. It also revitalizes energy, restores optimism, peace and contentment, giving a deep state of emotional wellbeing and resilience.
Sahaja Yoga is practice in over 95 countries and always free of charge. The session aims to gives participants a true experience of inner calm, focusing on the present moment with curiosity, openness and acceptance. Lead by Nelly Sanchez and Linda Carride.
There is no need for mats and no special clothing is required, we will sit on chairs, anyone can do it!
