Celebrate Voice Privacy Statement
Celebrate Voice is an annual festival of singing for Salisbury, United Kingdom. We collect and keep personal data of our supporters and artists in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into force on May 25th 2018 by which time your consent to remain on our database will have been requested.
Security
The details we store are your contact details and may include your name, postal address, telephone number and email address. Your privacy is of paramount importance to us and is kept under under strict safekeeping and confidentiality measures. Access to your personal data is limited to personnel who process it.
Our aim is to keep your personal details accurate and you can contact us any time to find out exactly what information we hold about you, update your details and communications preferences. (See how to contact us below).
We use email newsletter to provide you with information about events and any information relating to the festival that may be of interest to you. We can also contact you by telephone, post or personal email. However, we will only contact you if you have given consent.
We keep any email correspondence with you for a period of five years and then delete it.
Financial Statement
We do not store your bank details and the only financial information we store about you relates to donations - sums you have donated and dates when the donation was made. Otherwise your financial information is the responsibility of our box office agents.
We do not share or sell your personal information to any third parties.
Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults
Privacy for children 16 or under, young people and vulnerable adults involved with the festival is integral to our safeguarding policy.
Written Consent is required from a parent or carer for anyone in this category who wishes to sign up for a Celebrate Voice project or performance or volunteering.
Unsubscribing
Our newsletter has an “unsubscribe” button which you can use at any time you wish to stop receiving information from us. Alternatively, you can email or write to us asking to be removed from our distribution list. We will ask you to renew your consent every ten years.
