ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Tickets are non-refundable. You can transfer them to another person. 
HOW DO I BOOK?
We have created a box office online and the booking and transaction fees cover our third party transaction costs. Those costs are the ticket tailor box office fees and Stripe fees for card payments. 

​If you cannot book online, you can email us [email protected] or call 07 354 859 637 and we will call you back within 24hrs (same booking fee applies). Please bear with us as we are a very small team.

what does seating unreserved mean
As the venues are small capacity auditoriums, with good views, seats are not numbered and as such seating is allocated on a first-come first-served basis. ​
I've LOST my ticket! help!
No problem. We have a record of all ticket purchases on the door to each event, so just give us your details on the door. 
Accessibility
Please email us to tell us you require a wheelchair space. 
Salisbury Arts Centre and St. Thomas's are fully wheelchair accessible.
The nature of the Medieval Hall building is such that we need to insert a ramp for wheelchair users. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare for you, and create a wheelchair space for you in the auditorium.
