ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Tickets are non-refundable. You can transfer them to another person.
HOW DO I BOOK?
We have created a box office online and the booking and transaction fees cover our third party transaction costs. Those costs are the ticket tailor box office fees and Stripe fees for card payments.

WHAT DOES SEATING UNRESERVED MEAN?
As the venues are small capacity auditoriums, with good views, seats are not numbered and as such seating is allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

what are the booking & transaction fees?
Booking fees (maximum of £1.25 per ticket) and £1 transaction fees cover our third party transaction costs. Those costs are our Third Party Ticket Tailor box office fees plus Stripe fees for card payment transactions. This allows us to use the tickets to pay for festival production costs.
